After purchasing our first property here in 1993 my wife and I have been permanent residents of Lee County since 2001. In that time I have assisted buyers and sellers in nearly 150 sales. As a boater, fisherman and paddler I know the local waters well including Pine Island Sound, Estero Bay and the near-shore Gulf. My wife and I have owned homes and lived on Sanibel, St James City and Ft Myers Beach.

Like many others we were drawn here by the mild climate and the pristine waters. My volunteer efforts have focused on organizations that strive to preserve and improve our natural environment. I served on the board of the Friends of Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserves and a member of the Sanibel Vegetation Committee. As a board member of the Calusa Land Trust for 5+ years I am chair of Land Acquisition and have served two terms as board president. In those capacities I have worked closely with the Lee County 20/20 Conservation staff in their efforts to buy and preserve environmentally sensitive lands.
